LAIGHT STREET LOFT | LAIGHT STREET, NEW YORK, NY

Tapping into our vast experience with NYC loft buildings, IPD renovated this 3,600sf apartment in the centuries-old sugar warehouse, features a Poggenpohl kitchen, structural glass railings and mezzanine, and limestone lined bathrooms.

For privacy, motorized Lutron shades were installed on all windows. This project also features Forbes & Lomax toggle switches and Farrow and Ball paints imported from the UK.

IPD’s stone masons re-clad the existing fireplace hearth stone, topping it off with a white lacquer mantle.
