This 55,000 square foot building, designed by Moss Syado features 19 condo units in the heart of Midwood, Brooklyn. The two and three bedroom units feature English Sycamore kitchens, Pella windows and marble countertops. Scope of work included underpinning of adjacent structures and cost a total of $8M.
